Your vehicle
By selling to us you confirm you are the legal owner (or authorised to sell), that the vehicle is not subject to outstanding finance you have not told us about, and that the details you have given are accurate. Undisclosed finance or misrepresented condition may change or void the offer.
Buying criteria
- We buy vehicles registered from 2016 onwards.
- We buy vehicles with under 170,000 miles.
- We buy any condition within that criteria — running or not, including write-offs.
Collection & payment
Collection is free across the UK. Payment is made by bank transfer, typically the same day on collection once documents and ID are verified. Ownership passes to us on collection and payment, and we handle the DVLA notification of sale.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
